Got off my butt and ran for a mile, then came home and did my weights/crunches and added 10 reps onto what I’d be doing before. Yessssss. I am absolutely loving the Olympics, but after surfing social networks due to alcohol-induced-sleep-deprivation, it’s dawned on me how much it brings out the internalized misogyny of the people I know. It’s getting harder and harder to bite my tongue at the wealth of idiotic statuses popping up.
