Fad diets can change your weight. Working out can change your body.
I saw this on my dash a while ago and it’s been on my mind ever since, which is why I just worked out in my living room at 1 in the morning. Not ideal but there we go. I’ve been asked to do some nude modeling this summer which is all the motivation I need to get into shape right now. Even if it doesn’t work out and I don’t end up doing it, it’s still in my head and should help keep me somewhat focused on being a super toned babe. I’ve been unhappy with how I look for far too long and it’s stupid how I keep putting off exercising, I’m only cheating myself. Now I’ve just gotta follow the work out plan I just made (1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and get them sit ups right and tuck your tummy tight and do your crunches like this) and I’m away. I need to learn there is no quick fix for this. I gotta put in the hard work and it’ll pay off.. I just won’t see the results for a while. Must not let impatience get the better of me.

I’m right there with ya! I used to be super involved in sports but since moving across the country and starting a Masters…things have sorta fallen apart and I can tell. So yes, 1 and 2 and 3! But I gotta say, you do have a lovely body :)
